1007 Bella Vita introduces our newest twist on the custom family home. Views to the large outdoor living area and wooded backyard greet you upon entry to this open floorplan, while soaring barrel ceilings add a sense of majesty to the grand living/dining space. The home abounds with different textures from a mirror-glass finish floor to reclaimed wood in the media room to the copper tub in the master suite’s wet room. Stadium seating and a wet bar add flair to the media room, and a stone pizza oven brings fun and functionality to the outdoor living.

Chris Doose, Flintrock Custom Homes President and Owner, is a fourth generation entrepreneur, home builder and developer. His great-grandfather established C.A. Doose and Co. in west Texas in 1895 and eventually became president of the First National Bank of Ballinger, one of the main financiers of the Abilene and Southern Railroad.
Chris’ grandmother, Betty Langford, founded American Abstract & Title and was instrumental in fostering his love for the building industry. After graduating from St. Edwards University with a B.A. in International Business, Chris excelled at positions with Lennar Homes and Turner Construction.
These opportunities provided Chris insight into the intricacies of everything from single and multi-family homes to commercial development and ultimately the establishment of Flintrock Custom Homes.
With over 150 homes to his credit, Chris and the Flintrock Custom Homes team continue the history of excellence established by his family.
